These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any products, courses, journals, or services offered through Wildly Present LLC (“Wildly Present,” “I,” or “my”).
By using this site or purchasing from me, you agree to these Terms.
This site is intended for adults (16+).
If you are under 16, please do not create an account or purchase from this site.
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a respectful way. You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or redistribute my courses, journals, or content
Share your login with others
Resell or repurpose my materials
Use this site in a way that harms others or violates any laws
Your access may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms.
When you purchase a course or journal:
You are purchasing personal, non-transferable access to the material.
You may use it for your own personal growth and learning.
You may not share, distribute, or sell it to others.
All content (videos, text, audio, PDFs, and materials) remains my intellectual property.
Course access
When you purchase a course, you receive:
12 months of access to streamed course videos, beginning on your purchase date; and
Lifetime access to any materials you download (such as PDFs, workbooks, or audio files).
After the 12-month video access period ends, streamed video content may no longer be available through the platform.
Your access to downloaded materials is not affected by the expiration of video access.
If Wildly Present LLC discontinues operations or changes hosting platforms, access to streamed video content may be unavailable after the 12-month period. This does not affect your ownership of any files you have downloaded.
If you join a Wildly Present community space in the future, you agree to:
Be respectful and kind to others
Avoid harassment, discrimination, or harmful behavior
Keep discussions confidential when appropriate
I reserve the right to remove anyone who disrupts the safety or integrity of the space.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe via the Podia platform.
I do not store or handle your credit card details directly.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
Because my products are digital and immediately accessible, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchase, contact me at hello@wildlypresent.com, and I will work with you to resolve it.
The courses, journals, and resources offered through Wildly Present are educational and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
Reiki, crystals, and energy practices are complementary wellness tools — they are not medical treatments.
If you have a health or mental health condition, please continue to work with your licensed healthcare provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for:
Any physical, emotional, or financial outcomes resulting from your use of my materials
Technical issues caused by third-party platforms (such as Podia or Stripe)
Loss of access due to your failure to keep your login secure
Your use of this site is at your own discretion.
My website and courses are hosted on Podia, and payments are processed by Stripe.
Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and policies.
I may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
