My work is rooted in mindfulness and gentle energy practices like Reiki, chakras, and working with nature. I don’t believe in fixing yourself or striving to become someone new. I believe in remembering who you are beneath the noise, the expectations, and the constant pull of everyday life.

Through courses, journals, and reflections, I offer simple tools to help you slow down, feel more grounded, and reconnect with your inner wisdom — in ways that feel supportive, accessible, and meant for real life.

This work is deeply personal to me. I know what it’s like to feel stretched thin, to put yourself last, and to crave a sense of calm that feels steady and true. Wildly Present is an invitation to return to yourself, gently and at your own pace.
