At its core, a chakra is a spinning center of energy within and around your body. These centers are not physical structures, but subtle energetic spaces that influence how you feel emotionally, mentally, and physically.
You’ll learn where the seven main chakras are located, what each one generally relates to, and how they work together as an interconnected system rather than in isolation. This will give you a clear, approachable framework for understanding your own energy without needing prior experience.
The focus of this module is awareness, not perfection — simply beginning to notice how your body and emotions respond when you bring attention to different areas of your energy system.
In this module, you’ll explore the Root Chakra, the energy center connected to safety, stability, and grounding. Located at the base of the spine, this chakra is your energetic foundation — the place that helps you feel secure in your body and in your life.
You’ll learn how the Root Chakra relates to basic needs such as feeling safe, supported, and at home in the world. We’ll look at what balance in this center can feel like, as well as some common signs that it may need gentle attention.
Rather than focusing on perfection, the emphasis is on awareness — noticing how you feel in your body, your environment, and your sense of belonging. You’ll begin to understand how this chakra supports your ability to feel steady, present, and grounded in everyday life.
In this module, you’ll explore the Sacral Chakra, the energy center connected to creativity, emotion, pleasure, and flow. Located just below the navel, this chakra is closely tied to your ability to feel, express, and experience life fully.

In this module, you’ll explore the Solar Plexus Chakra, the energy center connected to confidence, personal power, purpose, and self-worth. Located in the upper abdomen, this chakra is closely linked to how you see yourself and how you show up in the world.

Rather than pushing yourself to be more outspoken, the focus is on noticing how you currently experience communication: when it feels easy, when it feels difficult, and when silence feels necessary. You’ll begin to see how balance in this chakra can support more truthful, compassionate, and confident expression.
By the end of this module, you’ll have a clearer understanding of how the Throat Chakra shapes your relationship with your voice, your truth, and your ability to be heard.
In this module, you’ll explore the Third Eye Chakra, the energy center connected to intuition, clarity, inner vision, and awareness. Located between the eyebrows, this chakra supports your ability to see beyond the surface of things and trust your inner knowing.
You’ll learn how the Third Eye influences perception, imagination, and the way you interpret your experiences. We’ll gently consider how this center helps you recognize patterns, sense meaning, and develop a quieter kind of insight that comes from within rather than from external sources.
Rather than focusing on “psychic ability,” the emphasis is on noticing how intuition shows up for you — through thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, or subtle impressions. You’ll begin to understand how balance in this chakra can support mental clarity, discernment, and a deeper trust in yourself.
In this module, you’ll explore the Crown Chakra — your connection center. Located at the top of the head, this chakra is associated with a sense of unity, meaning, and your relationship to something greater than yourself.
You’ll learn how the Crown Chakra relates to feelings of trust, openness, and spiritual awareness, as well as how it supports your ability to experience clarity, calm, and perspective beyond everyday concerns. Rather than focusing on beliefs or doctrines, we look at connection as something felt and lived in your own way.
The emphasis here is not on achieving a particular state, but on noticing — how you experience stillness, inspiration, or a sense of being supported by life. You’ll begin to see how balance in this center can help you feel more at peace with yourself and your place in the world.
In this module, you’ll step back and look at your chakras as an interconnected system rather than separate parts. Each chakra influences the others, and balance comes from understanding how your energy moves as a whole.
You’ll be guided through a gentle Chakra Check-In Meditation to help you notice where your energy feels open, steady, or in need of attention. This is not about diagnosing or fixing — simply becoming more aware of what you are experiencing in your body and inner world.
After that, you’ll practice a Chakra Balancing Meditation designed to support a smoother flow of energy through your system. This meditation invites calm, grounding, and gentle release, helping you return to a more centered state.
These practices are yours to revisit anytime. You can return to either meditation whenever you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply in need of a moment of presence and reset.
