When this area feels supported, you may notice a quiet confidence rather than a loud one. Decisions feel clearer. Boundaries feel easier to hold. You feel more aligned with your own values.

When it feels under supported, you might notice self doubt, people pleasing, difficulty making decisions, or a sense of not feeling worthy or capable.

Supporting the Solar Plexus is not about becoming more forceful. It is about becoming more honest with yourself. Listening to what feels true. Noticing where you override yourself and gently choosing not to.

It is about letting your inner voice matter again.
